Sleep is vital for our wellbeing and in fact, we spent 1/3 of our life sleeping. We need to pay more attention to ourselves and our sleep as it can be easy to forget.

We’re so busy giving to everyone else and what our life is throwing at us, that our bodies are just saying, ‘I need to be looked after.’

One of the reasons we don’t sleep is because we have become so restless, we’re so wired that we can’t switch off.

Dr. Nerina advises that, if we get good sleep, it helps to keep us well and healthy.

We need to take time for ourselves, value ourselves and allow ourselves to be pampered.

Throughout the day, we need to have a break, step away from demand and technology, feel our feet on the ground and take a deep breath.
